Enfield Council is encouraging both large and small businesses to make the borough's flagship £6bn Meridian Water site their home.
The local authority is leading the major development of the project that will provide 10,000 new homes, but also commercial space that will create 6,000 new jobs.
The scheme is based close to the A406 North Circular, the M25, and M11, and has an added benefit of the recently-opened Meridian Water train station completed last summer.
Businesses can find out about land opportunities at what will become an exciting new residential, business and cultural quarter.
Key objectives of the site include establishing and supporting business, as well as creating opportunities for growth and jobs for residents.
