A second phase of new homes at the popular Elements scheme in Enfield has launched, after the first set of apartments successfully sold out at the landmark regeneration project.
Developer Countryside is offering the new phase called Tellus that has one and two-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from £320,000 with Help to Buy available.
This phase is expected to complete in August 2020, following the start of construction in February this year.
The development is transforming the area opposite Ponders End station, which offers direct services into Liverpool Street, with almost 1,000 new homes and has provided a revamped station square.
The homes will offer open-plan living spaces and kitchen and dining areas with integrated appliances. Residents will benefit from outside space through a garden, terrace or balcony, as well as a private resident’s courtyard that has a play area.

Tellus will have a medical centre and energy centre, which will power the Alma Estate through a District Heating Network that is owned and managed by Enfield Council’s energy company energetik.
